About Me

I grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota. Throughout my life, my family and I would take in any and all the stray animals that were abandoned along our desolate gravel road.

We would ensure that each one got proper vet care including vaccinations and spay or neuter, and provided it with love for the rest of its life.

Over the years, we had many different types of pets, ranging from rats and guinea pigs to pigs and horses! It was not rare that we would find ourselves nurturing a wild animal in need of help.
